The clothes and shoes donation container in Douglas place was used as a fly tipping point rather then clothes and shoes donations.
Fly tipping has long been seen as a criminal offence and illegal under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Fly tipping like litter dropping has been always noticed as attracting rats that carry diseases.
Whoever does these things please use your local charity shops or donation centre rather then fly tipped them anywhere.
It not only saves you from being charged for fly tipping but also saves the environment.
If a neighbourhood could work together and help improve the environment and clean up after themselves know how to recycle. We could have a cleaner community.
Happy international women’s day everyone, as a book lover, author and writer i thought share some of my favourite female authors who saved me during bullying in school and female authors i started reading as an adult.
1.) Dorothy Whipple – high wages.
It is about women’s need and rights to work and own their own wages. When i watched the documentary at Blackburn’s museum and saw she was another female authors from Blackburn i was struck with excitement. Blackburn might not have the cold, elitists fashion like kensington chelsea and knightsbridge. But Blackburn was multi cultural, the textile industry and cotton town. Blackburn was full of art and also literature.
High wages is exactly that story set back then when women were looked down for having a job or even self employment. Dorothy Whipple of course use her strong beliefs about working women.
2.) Holly webb- The girl of glass.
A fantasy fairytale about a girl who senses and suspects that the girl of glass is a ghost made to be real. Its a story about sisterhood, mother and daughter friendship. Wicked stepmothers much like you’re cinderella stories, this story helped me through primary school.
3.) Alison Wier and Phillipa gregory
Now the book i’m holding up is not one of Alison Weir six tudor queens series, but still written by Alison Weir. She is a historian and author of many historical fiction. Similar to Philippa Gregory and even her majesty Queen Camilla even shared these two authors on her queens reading room.
4.) Queen Camilla has always been a big literature lover and supporter of books ever since she was a little girl. One if my main women in the literature industry i look upto. Her father and brother written books.
5.) Dale Elizabeth Harper (Lady Tryon, third baroness) also known as kanga, i have always spoken dso fondly of Dale, called her my darling designer, Australian princess, fashion queen of my heart. Before she became a fashion designer she was a fashion writer for the melbourne office of Australian women’s weekly later fleet street office in London England. Her parents owned a publishing company in Melbourne Australia.
5.) My mother Angelika Kraasch (Shaukat). My mother always supported me with reding she took me to the library every Saturday she listened to me read and saw me write pages after pages, saw me publish two books supported me as a young author and writer.
Those are the authors and writers, literary lovers and supports i support for international women’s day 2026.In loving memory of my darling mama and darling designer and fashion queen Kanga Dale elizabeth Harper.

Happy new year 2026 everyone to my fellow butterfly readers, i haven’t done most of these for along time i’ve been attending my first fashion show well with a folklore show, a new culture i learned, a new language. Also with losi g my mother but here i am my first booker reviews is a joined one.
Yesterday i was just browsing the Blackburn central library, returning old books and burrowing new ones.I saw Adam Power’s investigative The princess Diana conspiracy the evidence of murder. But back then i didn’t feel ready to skim read through the book, but this week i had to burrow it. Also i was looking at burrowing a Jeffery Archer book, i burrowed next in line which i once read, but no harm in reading again, because you are not the same when you read again. This is true, because now i realised their is this connection between Archer’s next line, a fictional crime story regarding the then princess of wales and Power’s investigative book about Diana’s death.
As i started reading Power’s book The princess Diana’s conspiracy, the line in the prologue already wants to convince the reader that Diana was killed in car accident. Not all car accident’s are murder they’re tragic and traumatic, but some are accident, Daina’s was always a talk of conspiracy, and with Diana’s leaked letter about her ex husband and his mistress were out to kill her. Diana has been suffering from mental health illnesses and this was paranoia.
But this is not convincing, Power, however, did write about the paparazzi’s and of course did interviewed witnesses who witnessed the whole scene. on page 158, Power (2013)states that Henri Paul was goading, so provoking the paparazzi outside the ritz hotel on that same evening. “they could have given specific against the assassin but to late and people could easily prove that the paparazzi’s had nothing to do with the attack.” If this is true then this explains why people blame the royal family, King Charles and queen Camilla, but they are two down to earth and humble people, they wouldn’t plan a car accident, they had their own worries, beside his majesty had the custody over their sons William and Harry who were teenagers.
Of course i only will give Adam Power one star for investigative research, but no this book sounds more sensational, rather then truth. Information many wanted to know and read, but why such a book. Again probably because Diana was one of the well known and famous and most moruned person. It happens a lot with celebrities, like Amy Wine house who died of alcohol poisoning but people question her fathers motives. Marylin Monroe, and so many other famous people.
Now to why i felt this connection between Adam Power’s non fiction investigative research book and Jeffery Archer’s Next in line fictional crime novel. I Because Next in line story setting and plot is based around the royal family and on Diana the princess of wales learning the well researched information on royal protection officer.
So i rate these two books one star only for their hard work and research, but if you are a Diana fan or fan of crime novels Jeffery Archer then yes you could read them.
A tribute to themost loveliest, kindest, calmest, caring, sweetest, cutest, adorable Australian fashion designer. My number 1 favourite fashion designer, lady Dale Tryon barroness Tryon also known as Kanga.
Which she said herself I the autralian. Womens weekly 1977 to Lana Wells; “prince Charles calls me kanga it’s my husband’s nickname for me and I call him Ant.
In England everyone calls me that.”
Born Dale Elizabeth Harper, 3rd January 1948. First of three children to a wealthy printing magnitude owner.
Dale’s early childhood was on irons, and she did not defeat or overcome perthes disease and spina bifida. According to many health care information sheets on perthes disease and spina bifida, perthes disease can affect mainly boys then girls around age 4 to 12 and comes with mobility issues specifying more in the hips.
Excercise and diet is recommended, and this what Dale did joining many social clubs and sports clubs during her school years I the 1960s, even enjoying some quality time after school and work at nightclubs.
Her early twenties late 196os, she worked as a fashioneditor for the Australian women’s. Weekly, later she relocated to London to work for the same magazine in their London office in fleet street.
This how she met her best friend and soulmate Lord Anthony Tryon 3rd Baron. It was an instant match, the pair called each other Ant and Kanga. They welcomed four lovely healthy children the honourable Zoe Tryon, Charles Tryon later 4th baron, (2018). And her honourable twins victoria and Edward Tryon.
It is mentioned, by kanga herself that after the birth of her twins, she struggled quiet but with her mobility.
However, it did not stop the fashion queen of my 💓 heart to assist American born, Hong Kong based designer Diane Frais, it is said kanga loved the elasticated waist a dbold colorful dresses, she even once before her marriage, on a strict budget to buy something from yves saint Laurent, in later Interview in 1992 she mentioned how find she was of Yves saint Laurent designs the texture, colour and shape.
This is why she also became Diane frais fashion agent In the early 1980s after meeting her at a stop iver in Hong Kong, took around 20 dresses with her back to London set up her own boutique and sold quite well. The following year In 1983, she started her own fashion corture dale Tryon collection, kanga collection which sold mainly Diane frais designs and her own inspired by Diane frais.
Kanga gave her support to number of charities including SANE both for the UK and australia, where she was the chair woman of.
Later after her tragic fall out from farm clinic rehab window the inspire foundation.
She also helped a lot of fashion charities and supported may fashion designers mainly the Independant ones.
Also about Kanga’s schooling she said herself attending lauriston school for girls, not timbertop feeling grammer school, the the prince of Wales now king Charles did. But not kanga.
Even Kanga’s brother Derek harper said she did not meet Charles in 1966 and kanga herself denied, until during her last days where she wasn’t feeling well mentally and physically.
It is against the law to use someone words whilst they where not in the right state of mind.
She has complication of bedsides which she wanted to treat after he trip to Australia to see her mother in Melbourne her home town, not Sydney for Diana’s memorial as an Australian financial source claims. Why would Dale Tryon mourn of someone who was never close to her and she did not know.
Yes my darling designer and fashion queen had a huge, gigantic big heart of gold for everyone, but not everyone turned that love and kindness, certainly not Diana, some sources suggest Diana did not get along with any woman close to Charles.
In last article I mentioned how Dale Tryon is my fashion best friend and soulmate/sister, never Diana’s, they never had a connection my darling designer needed a fashion promotion and thought Diana would be a good example when she met her at lunch at San Lorenzo which as opposite her boutique.
My darling designer, Fashionqueen died on. The 15th November 1997 after contracting septicemia after undergoing treatment in India.
She forever be the queen of ymheart, Diana mentioned in an Interview she antes to be the queen of peoples heart now many use that, however, Diana never will be the queen of my heart as I saved that position for my darling designer my fashion queen. Dale Elizabeth Harper Tryon, 3rd Baroness. Kanga. My daffodil.
Can you really love life even when things are tough?
This week’s did not get upto a good start from Monday onwards with my father telling me to withdraw around £2000 from the bank which after having constant things going in my mind forget identification with me, but we agreed to do it on a Tuesday morning. But then my father said he and my sisters would leaving early on Tuesday 11th February, which i had to find another way to do it. My bank increased my limit but was only allowed to get £300 out on Monday and then £250 out on Tuesday morning, it was hectic, my niece passport is not sorted and couldn’t travel, so me, my mum and brother remained. but the thing going on Pakistan would only worsen my nieces mental health.
Then my sister didn’t have any internet connection and before she left if i could order these two health plasters for my mother, which i did after managing the morning school run and tidying the bedroom and workspace, then i looked a the book mark i created and decided to promote them on etsy to show everyone i am not faking it. But this is where the stress leads on luckily for me i only had two products in stock published, one wanted the famous Elphaba wicked witch of the west bookmark, and i did what every seller would do start looking at the address of the customer and getting it shipped. But for some reason the verification is where i got stuck, I verified twice and only need to do my last check. But i did not have enough left for the last check, and then i realized hold on i’m only 23 what am i doing her and with only a personal bank account not even a business account set up. Everything seems too fast and to complicated. I felt sick to the stomach, low mood but i was fine last week, Do i have bipolar disorder now? I’m not sure but i am determined to pay the last check get my refund, my money back and anything in the future, set up a business account, make financial plans, maybe with an accountant or family member to help me along the way.
These challenges can make life seem hard and distressed, but to love life to your best well, i’ll never find it i said when I was young, when i did think of suicide, authors like Jacqueline wilson, Holly Webb, Enid Blyton, Malorie Blackman, Roald Dhal, Michael Morpurgo, Charles Dickens and David williams saved my life.
Also since 2023 after the king’s coronation, there where few post who shared with King Charles forgotten mistress who died broken heartedly after he chose Camilla. I am not a media critique, but at first i thought people made it up and that she was a friend of Camilla. Later learning a little more about her i was naive and believed toxic royalist or what this supposed other mistress so called friends have spoken about in the 2008 documentary prince Charles other mistress. Back in 2023 i became increasingly and toxically obsessed with Queen Camilla, i mean now i still support Queen Camilla, but keep my distance and comments limited, say lovely things.
Dale Elizabeth Harper later Lady Dale Tryon nicknamed Kanga by her husband which King Charles and others called her that. At first like i mentioned earlier, i was like a toxic Camilla fan, especially with Dale, hating her saying she was only after fame and money. But doing a deep dig and dive into her history who she was, their are no biographies on her just journal articles, but most of these like the 2008 documentary prince Charles other mistress where written by the ones Dale once called confidantes and trusted friends.
But in the face of loneliness, sadness, tragic accident and fake and toxic friends, she still remained a vibrant, vivacious, bubbly, funny and positive figure in her life. learning more about her, she quickly became an inspiration, as someone from artistic background and family, who had a passion for fashion in the back of my head, was even more inspired by her as a fashion designer, successful business woman an amzing mother and wife. The amazing mother and wife also comes from own grandmother and mother, also Queen Camilla.
Reading, learning and watching dale’s interviews hearing her soothing voice, not only have i fallen for her, but i also empathise with her chronic pain (her spina bifida and me Rheumatoid arthritis), mental health issues such Generalised anxiety disorder, to depression to which dale would have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
During the late 1970s Dale did an interview with Lana Wells a reporter from the australian women’s weekly, where Dale used to work before she worked as fashion agent for an american designer. This interview we see the true Dale Kanga Tryon- the quote that resonate with me the most is-
“Happiness comes from within, you cant rely totally on another person to make you happy, i see people going from husband to husband searching for happiness. They’ll never find it.” – Wed 7th dec 1977-Australian womens weekly – Lady Dale Tryon (Kanga).
This quote on happiness sticks with me first it came from favorite fashion designer and favorite person, but it is true because i tried getting happiness from my father failed, then relied on teachers both school and mosque failed, relied on my friends to make me happy failed well there close friends i love and adore, and who do make me happy. But one main thing i found happiness within myself i now joke about mistakes i did and what i could have done differently.
Kanga or the australian rose i like to call her will forever be a guiding candle in my life.
On Saturday The 1st of February 2025, was the show case day to showcase our designs to the rest mentees that where mentored with the shapes. It was amazing to see many beautiful designs, well i didn’t get to see much since i was sent a zoom link which i joined and presented my designs, my art project with this picture not good.
However, my cushions i had to send their but apparently where misplaced somewhere and now no one can see the beautiful work i did i hope that after the showcase they actually managed to find my cushions i have been working hard on.
But the aim of the cushions is to add mental and physical health helplines on where people would have easy access mixing art and fashion with mental and physical health.
The main cushion SANE was in memory of my favorite fashion designer lady Dale Tryon, who i Don’t sympathize with but empathize with her, from her suffering from spina bifida from a young age and spending many times hospitals, very similar to me rheumatic pain and often spend most time in hospitals. Then it is trusting and befriending the wrong people, who later betray you.
If i sympathize with Dale i am not showing to many emotions and still making her feel lonely, but what she needed was one friend to sit down with her and listen to her, not asking her many leading questions or not questions on her relationship with the royal family. Just be there for her, listen to her comfort her let her cry and be herself. Tell her she is an amazing fashion designer.
Empathy is being there with the person, putting yourself in their position and just wanting to build a friendship based on trust, love, care and comfort. The ozdust ballroom scene reminded me of Dale where everyone would be looking at Dale either laughing and giggling at her, making fun of her, some might sympathize for her, feeling sorry. But similar to Glinda who always wanted one true friend who understood her, yes popular, steps forward and takes Dales hand or reaches my hands out to Dale like asking her if she like to be my friend, and when Elphaba cries i just imagined Dale crying thinking how did she get from a popular fashion designer to everyone hating her or feeling sorry for her. All she wanted is a friend not showing sympathy towards her but showing empathy by stepping forward and saying i want to be your friend, i understand you.
So i couldn’t have done the Showcase on 1st January 2025 without the help of Lady dale Tryon Kanga.
The designers behind Her majesty’s wedding dress on April 9th 2005.
The designer behind Camilla’s iconic wedding dress, was Anna valentine, a fun fact about valentine is that she never studied fashion before, Anna and Antonia Robinson first met on pattern cutting course she mentioned to HELLO magazine that she duid sew garments for her friends and later sew them to pay for her singing lessons.
Anna valentine fashion brand became more popular and famous when camilla wore one of her designs for her wedding since camilla was permitted not to wear tiara like the late Diana princess of Wales and no white because the late queen wore white on that day, so anna valentine designed and sewn Camilla’s wedding dress.
According to HELLO magazine Dressing Queen Camilla
The beautifully finished creations in luxury fabrics produced by designer Anna and Antonia were appreciated by the elite few for over a decade with relative anonymity. That all changed in 2001 when the duo was introduced to Camilla by a mutual friend. The pair then began a collaboration with the now Queen who asked them to “soften her look” that would eventually bring them world renown. “I think we did a camel coat first,” recalls Anna, who is the creative brains behind the partnership. It was followed by a cream column dress for a 2002 charity party at Somerset House, a creation which marked a turning point in Camilla’s image.
Anna Valentine seems to be the new fashion designer to dress the royal ladies because she came back to design for Kate and even Megan markle, Even her majesties own daughter wore one of Anna and Antonia valentine designs like her mother Camilla.
Sadly Since my favorite fashion designer’s legacy has been forgotten and who once was so loved in royal and aristocratic circles, but i hope through my website and designs people remember for the kind, caring, loving and generous fashion designer, mother, auntie, sister and wife and cousin she was
But this article is to discuss how Anna Valentine also played a role in my fashion interest however i can not frown her fashion queen or queen of my heart since that title went to Kanga Dale Tryon, and also Camilla.
Was she really the other mistress of prince Charles like the 2008 documentary called her?
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – DECEMBER 04: Prince Charles & Lady Dale Tryon (kanga) At The Diamond Ball At The Royal Lancaster Hotel In Aid Of The Charity ‘ Sane ‘ (Photo by Tim Graham Photo Library via Getty Images)
Kanga also known as Dale elizabeth Harper later known as lady Dale Tryon after marrying Lord Anthony Tryon, it was a love match between them they called each other Ant and Kanga, her husband named her that because she was bouncy, bubbly, funny, vivacious and vibrant social elite amongst a mixture of social classes.
The question arises many after the 2008 documentary was called prince Charles other mistress, it seemed funny because the narration at the beginning of the documentary said Dale Tryon was forgotten in history now her legacy will be remembered, and then i thought to myself watching the whole documentary they did not talk about her legacy. When the scene came to where Dale started her fashion business the narration said now that she was no longer in the prince inner circle she had to find a way, which portrayed her as a scheming villain trying to find her place back in the prince’s life and plotting to get everyone to adore her. But the truth everyone who meets her would adore her, she was so warm and funny and caring, something she shared with her rival Camilla Parker Bowles, sadly the media portrayed their playful, friendly competitive rival as worse sworn enemies deadly rivals.
The media aka the documentary prince charles other mistress portrayed both of them mistresses, also creating this conspiracy theory of who pushed Dale out of the window, while i take Dale’s word that she was indeed pushed, i believe. But no I do not believe that her rival Camilla who also went through a tough time with media scrutiny or her husband, even though Dale talked bitter of both her rival and ex husband she wasn’t feeling well, and when someone is suffering it is not fair to create a theory and get to their head. Beside her so called friends the journalist she trusted betrayed her by not helping her and only wanting more gossip. Instead of celebrating her successes her being worldwide popular fashion designer, they tarnished her name and reputation as designer calling her a mistress.
She was just friend of the royal family because she married into a high class aristocratic family, but when in 1997 her behaviour and health suffered mentally and physically and her so called friends didn’t help herher children, ex husband and mother in law where fond of her and tried to help her. In fact when they divorced her mother in law was sad because she like Dale for who she was, saying she liked the Tryon name.
It saddens me that the kanga collection is hardly known and forgotten and when people talk about her they never talk about her with kindness in care, because of what happened to her i rather write my own articles on either my own fashion line or of my favorite fashion designer or other designers. From this i make a vow to keep my distance from journalist or member of the press, His majesty King Charles had Mark Bowland rehabilitate Camilla parker bowels image through writing nice press articles about her, which i want to to do for Dale, except the press articles i am not talking to journalists to do that they are only after money and fame. They will never have my trust and friendship, and i may thought rude but to protect myself, my family, my friends and mainly to protect Dale’s real legacy and the privacy of her family.

Lady Dale ” Kanga ” Tryon
Dale Elizabeth Tryon, Lady Tryon (3 January 1948 – 15 November 1997), was a colourful figure in British royal court circles, being a close friend of both Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales, and a successful businesswoman in the international fashion world, with the fashion label “Kanga” and couture line “The Dale Tryon Collection”. “Kanga” also came to be her own nickname. Tryon gave her support to a number of charities including SANE – the mental health charity of which she was the chairman.
