Have you ever been interested in unheard voices? Perhaps you wanted to learn a new language or culture. Well on Monday 3rd November 2025 this is exactly what some Ukrainians did. We came together on zoom and listened to different Ukrainian stories, the culture, the language and what a quiz.
It was also lovely to listen to international journalism students on their Ukrainian culture, the best sort of people are the ones that come together and share their culture with a wider audience. It takes a lot of courage to stand well and sit in front of a camera in front of an entire audience and struggle to understand English and Ukrainian language.
The Ukrainian Christmas tradition explained towards the end of the presentation clashing with the question and answers.
“Квітка means flower.”
Towards 12:15 the question was asked what does polyenthser mean, meaning type of bread in Ukrainian culture.
