Last Thursday after a long lecture, i decided to visit the billenial textile exhibition in Preston i visited the Blackburn billenial textile exhibition in the crypt of Blackburn cathedral. But i was also encouraged by the people who were part of the british textile billenial in Preston to write an article about this. Why not art, design and media i’ve studied way before journalism.
First up we have some graphic t-shirt with these cool designs on printed and drawn splashed with colours.
Next up we have an art work by Sian Martin and his iconic ‘penalty’ and ‘goal’ and ‘scrum.’
The next piece of art, fabulously designed and pieced old bits of paper together.
But here is a short poem very interesting.
Anyone a comic fan well this artist mixed his colour palate with a mix of comic bubbles.
