Whether you are on vacation or work related stuff, or happen to study in York, a must see building is the York minister, but of course on this particular day was decision day at st john york university so i couldn’t stay long, but it is a few minutes walk from the train station, also make sure to take a picture of the map that is right outside the station and in town.
And of course the church with the war memorial in the midst of a beautiful garden filled with trees and beautiful planted flowers.
and only behind the York minister is this nostalgic piece, a lovely pub to enjoy not just drinks but the history behind it.
There are also cafes near it and some seats to gather a lovely nostalgic moment.
Just next to the York west minister i spot paddington bear my husband eating a jam sandwich.

St John York university campus a decision day on 16th April 2025 this was for a joint honors in creative writing and english literature.
Bye Bye St John York university maybe someday but not sure if i am going to study to become a professional writer and journalist. But it was lovely moment, but i definately come to the next literature festival at York.
