What is weight loss?
Weight loss is losing weight, this is done either in a healthy way with a healthy balanced diet and exercise or unhealthily via weight loss jabs and surgery.
Introduction
In todays article i am touching upon this weight loss jabs, pills and surgery.This curious research project came from reading the women’s magazine that touched the subject of many female celebrities that lost weight. However, according to the women’s magazine neither of the celebrities as mentioned used weight loss jab or had surgery done.
On the other hand Ariana Grande as she was preparing to play the role of Glinda in wicked the movie, she has mentioned she took on pilate and yoga classes, for body density and getting into the shape of the character. She did however, take these vitamins which i often saw on TikTok shop.
I do agree that yoga and pilates are good for body density, good straight posture and losing weight. As a person who loves to grow their own vegetable patch and ingredients i do promote growing your own food. This means that is not much bread involved, maybe tea,coffee or soup, meat if you’re not a vegetarian.
