The moment a received a message that Dua lipa would be performing at the royal Albert hall in October 2024, i got my note pad and pen ready, however, due to it being the night before my graduation i couldn’t attend in person so i watched it live on itv 1.

The theme for this Dua lipa’s concert was dress to impress, since i had a privilege to watch it live on itv 1 the camera zoomed to what the audience was wearing, also because Dua herself mentioned ‘Lets see what everyone is wearing.’ Which i thought was very generous of her and how she complimented the girls who wore a dua lipa merchandise hoodie and t-shirt with her face on. It was like her saying thank you for not only purchasing tickets to my concert but also for the merchandise.

Talking about fashion the dress she wore, seemed elegant, stunning and a dress fit for a royal. Dua lipa since making her move into the music industry as popstar is like many other popstars known as pop princess or pop royalty.

If anyone missed the song Cold heart that Elton John sung in collaboration with Dua lipa, that was released on the 13th August 2021. The song cold heart was a combination of Elton’s 1972s number 2 hit rocket man and number 1 hit sacrifice. But what a lovely reunion between Dua lipa and Elton John, they always talk highly of each other on interviews. According to a Dua lipa interview with the capital FM, Elton john loves Dua lipa and often talks about her.

Listening to the Radical Optimism Album from the lenticular cd i’ve got the song that seemed so relatable is anything for love, if not for many but on a personal level that resonated for me. I was thinking of the word love and what people do for love, some become addicted to love, which often leads to unhealthy obsessions, jealousy and jealousy can turn into fear, anxiety, low self esteem and body dysphoria. It can make us appear to compare us to other people.

However, if we look a the bright side of anything for love, the positive side would be if we truly love someone we would do anything for them from caring for them, being concerned and helping them.
