Dedicated to my style icons and comforting stones, also a very supportive tutor.

Today i have been reminiscing and thinking through a lot about my dreams, especially those dreams Dale Elizabeth Harper also known as kanga during 1970s,1980s, 1990s and Camilla rosemary Shand/ Camilla parker Bowles now known as Queen Camilla after serving as Duchess of Cornwall from 2005 -2022. Also the third painting which is a portrait of roses which also the first painting i will explain to you the inspiration behind the painting.

The memory of getting to know your tutors either level 2 or level 3 , this specific tutor was sat there quietly allowing the main tutor to speak, we did a quiz guess which tattoo belongs to who when it came to the rose tattoo. I will not mention her name since i know she is a private person. But she was my personal tutor for my first year of level 3, and my tutor for my second year of level 3. she was calm and kind, she was not one of those teachers that stresses about everything and shouts at every student. She was a very good listener and always made time to speak to students whenever they where upset. She is a tutor who saw my dedication and involvement in class once there was an teachers interview for health and social care students. Health and social care tutors had to ask their students if they wanted to participate. She told me she saw how i often get involved in talks in class and thought if i’ll be interested which of course i said yes. The red rose means love, support and passion she brought to her teachings. Blue rose meant mystery and finding a motherly love and comfort one her. yellow rose means friendship, making friends easily with warm embrace.

Kanga Dale Elizabeth Harper also known as Lady Dale Tryon the famous fashion designer of the 1980s and 1990s, although she first started as an australian reporter for my weekly , women’s weekly, hello many of those fashion magazines. A fashion agent for an american designer whilst also slowly, slowly pursuing her own fashion designs. But with the jobs she did, it obviously showed that she had a lot of knowledge in fashion, although we don’t know if she went to fashion school or university. As we know many women like her in her ages didn’t often had the opportunity to got to university but she still stayed strong. Talking about strength during the 1990s she faced health battles, her childhood illness spina bifida came back, which she got involved in a charity called inspire which raises money and awareness for spina bifida. She also was chair woman for a mental health charity SANE. Could be because she suffered from post natal depression herself after the birth of her twins. But she stayed strong, full of smiles, cheerful, bubbly, funny, kind and caring then ever. Her personality shows in the dresses and blouses, skirts she designed this is why Kanga is my favorite fashion designer. She sadly passed away from septicemia on the 15th November 1997, very sad, lonely and isolated death. I did wish for her and Camilla to have made up since both went through a tough time in the 1990s.

The third and Final portrait is a painting of her majesty HM Queen Camilla, who was born Camilla Rosemary Shand later Camilla parker Bowles, but she doesn’t use this title anymore since she is now our Queen especially if you live in the united kingdom and commonwealth. But Camilla’s hard work, research speeches, quotes her attitude to learning new things is phenomenal her love for books and literature and building up the queens reading room was the most inspirational book club i have ever followed. I only had a short glimpse of the queen at the 2024 second queens reading room festival but i couldn’t talk to her since the show i watched ended and was ready to head home. But her smile much like Dale’s smile, her comforting spirit again similar to Dale made me paint portraits of them, a comforting dedication to my two favorite queens who never got along but in my heart and minds they do.
