Pride in London has their own website which can be found as part of the article. But lets just move on to discussion how pride month started and when it started.

If we take a look at history.com my favorite history website, it takes back to the early 1900s, where handful individuals have created a community for lesbian and gays, part of human rights in society, in north America and Europe. This organization was founded by Henry Gerber in Chicago in the 1920s.

However, during world war 2 a small group of people have written positive news articles published by lesbian-gay positive, which they also argued to get more recognition, which they also protested for.

history.com also goes on to mention about stonewall riots which ended in 1962, but has been widely ignored by politicians, in 2009 president Bill Clinton declared Gay and lesbian pride month.

Now over a thousand people come together and celebrate pride month in unity.
